It is our company’s objective to attain

to design and produce quality products on a constant basis. Our
products should be superior in aesthetics and creative in its
design, application, and options. We should constantly search
for new ways to improve and update our products and add new meaningful
products.
To help our customers be more successful,
we will constantly enhance our service levels to maintain leadership
and our customers continued success. Our marketing programs should
always enhance our products and customers ability to sell more
and make more. The overriding objective is to make doing business
with our company both profitable and enjoyable with a high level
of confidence in our consistency and dependability.
We must also recognize that equal in importance
to our customers are our employees our greatest resource. We must
make Survivor a company in which our employees feel productive
and enjoy their jobs. Each employee will have an equal opportunity

and have a comfortable work place free of harassment. Our employees
should also feel confident that they can discuss any business
related problem with management.
Each day we should ask ourselves how we can
be a better supplier, better customer, and better employee. In
